Denis P. Ritchie

Mr. Ritchie's experience includes consolidations at Analogic Test and Measurement Division, Signal Technology Olektron Operation, AEL Defense Antenna and Hybrid Division and Adams Russell Anzac Division. In each of these companies, multiple locations were consolidated or new businesses were acquired and merged into an existing business entity. He has demonstrated strengths in both executive positions and marketing and sales. At MassMicro, he acts as the primary consolidation agent as well as the focal point of channel-building activities. Mr. Ritchie has over 26 years of related experiences in the custom and standard products arena and holds a BSEE in Systems Engineering from the University of New Hampshire and a High Technology MBA from Northeastern University. |

Victor Servello
President

Mr. Servello has over 30 years experience in executive positions at companies involved in component, subsystem and system level design and manufacturing for the communications, test equipment and military electronics markets. He has served as President and/or VP & General Manager for TDMS, LLC, ATN Microwave, Stanford Telecom, Signal Technology and Adams-Russell. His work experience also includes positions in operations and finance at Texas Instruments and Raytheon. Mr. Servello holds a B.S. in Finance from Suffolk University and a Masters Degree from Bentley College.

Kenneth Borey
Program Manager / FSO |

Mr. Borey serves the dual role of Operations/Program Manager and Contracts Officer for MassMicroelectronics, LLC. In this capacity, Mr. Borey is responsible for all phases of customer contracts including quotation, pricing data, audits, contract review, manufacturing, customer interface and reporting requirements. He has over 30 years experience working in the RF/Microwave component and sub assembly market place.
In 2000, during the Raytheon hybrid transition he was responsible for the transfer of equipment and knowledge for all test and hybrid screening operations for several programs including PATRIOT, STD-MSL-II, AMRAAM and F15/F18.

Dennis Phelps Director - Quality Management Systems

Mr. Phelps is the Director of Quality Management Systems for MassMicroelectronics and our sister company AD MicroAssembly since 2006. His responsibilities include the design, management, and continual improvement of each company's Quality management system, to ensure we meet and exceed all customer requirements while maintaining compliance with ISO, ITAR, and IPC standards.
He has spent 20 years in the Quality and IT field with such companies as Technology Design & Manufacturing Services (TDMS), CTI Electronics, CellularOne And American Express.
