MassMicroelectronics, LLC (MassMicro) has had a long history of providing quality RF and Microwave components and subassemblies. Its heritage and lineage goes as follows:

·         Originally, MassMicroelectronics, LLC was part of Raytheon’s-Quincy Microelectronics Center which operated from the 1940’s to 1999 at their Quincy, MA facility.
·         In 1999, Raytheon divested both the Quincy operation as well as the Tucson, AZ facility to Imrex Microelectronics.
·         Imrex Microelectronics set up MassMicroelectronics, LLC as a distributorship with two main subcontractors to build, test and ship hybrid products, primarily used in missile electronics.
·         In 2001, Dominion Capital acquired Imrex Microelectronics.
·         In 2003, Dominion sold parts of the hybrid business.
·         In 2005, Commisceo Microelectronics, LLC acquired the remaining portion of the hybrid business from Dominion Capital.
·         In 2006, Commisceo Microelectronics, LLC acquired AD-Micro-assembly. LLC

Since that time, MassMicro, has reinvested into the business and diversified into new markets and technical capabilities with a focus toward Process Controls in all facets of its business. With roots in the RF and Microwave hybrid products business, MassMicro has added design, testing, printed circuit board assembly; cable assembly and full box build capabilities to its range of services.
